Frequently asked questions.
The questions owners ask most: the work computer, staff clients, data, approval, IMs, pricing and private deployment.
What computer do I need to prepare?
An always-on Mac, ideally a Mac mini, plugged in and online. All AI employees work on it, and your group is alerted when the company computer goes offline.
Read more →Do staff need to install a client?
No. Staff receive daily reports and reminders in WeCom, DingTalk or Feishu groups. The owner adds up to 2 admins, who pair from a phone or computer.
Where does the data live? Can the platform see it?
Business files stay on the company computer. Content sent to a model passes through the Tips Bot gateway, so we do not promise that the platform cannot see it. For data that never leaves your company, choose private deployment.
Read more →Could an AI employee send messages outside or spend money on its own?
Pilot roles are read-only or draft-only. Posting to a group with outside people, or sending anything outside, needs a person's confirmation. Payments and transfers are not something we do.
Read more →Which IMs are supported?
For now, group bots push daily reports and reminders to WeCom, DingTalk and Feishu groups (send only; they do not receive). Two-way conversation will start with one of them.
How is it priced?
By active role plus a credit pool, with no per-person fee. Until prices are published, plans and fees are discussed one to one.
Read more →Can it be deployed privately?
Yes, delivered through a partner and quoted per project.
Read more →Can individuals use it?
Yes. The Personal edition works after you sign in and charges credits by usage. It is also the way into an enterprise trial.
